Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders are sent via Australia post or courier depending on your location.

Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days for express shipping and 4-7 business days for standard shipping.

For international destinations, deliveries may take up to 10-28 working days.

Once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order or offer a refund due to postal delays that are out of our control.


We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for refund under the following conditions. To be eligible for a refund you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide reason for return, using either reason (a) or (b) listed below.

    Reason for Return:

    (a.) Item(s) were damaged during transit / faulty on arrival. 

    (b.) Customer not satisfied with purchase. Used product must be at least 70% full upon return to qualify for a refund using reason b.

    Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receiving the returned products. Please note that we cannot process refunds to expired credit cards.

    The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees.

    Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

    If you for some reason our dispatch team were taking a nap and you have received an item incorrectly please contact us prior to returning.

    Only goods purchased online can be returned to us following the above procedure.
